Ingredients
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 1½ tsp. Fresh Ginger, minced
- 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. Honey, (or agave)
- 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
- 3 tbsp. Mirin
- ¼ cup Water
- 3 tsp. Cornstarch
Instructions
- Mix cornstarch and water into cornstarch slurry
- Combine slurry and other ingredients in pot and simmer for 4 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
