Ingredients

  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • tsp. Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Honey, (or agave)
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 3 tbsp. Mirin
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 3 tsp. Cornstarch
Instructions

  1. Mix cornstarch and water into cornstarch slurry
  2. Combine slurry and other ingredients in pot and simmer for 4 minutes until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool.
