Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 4 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 1½ tbsp. grated or finely chopped Fresh Ginger
- 1 tsp. Gochugaru (Korean Red Pepper Flakes)
- 2 tbsp. Cornstarch
- Cold Water
- Sesame Oil
- Sherry
Instructions
- Mix together rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and chilli flakes.
- Optionally use this as marinade.
- Once meat and long cooking vegetables are cooked, add sauce to pan, add in corn starch, water, and Sherry, begin simmering to thicken.
- Add in short cooking vegetables, and cook until sauce is thickened.
