Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • tbsp. grated or finely chopped Fresh Ginger
  • 1 tsp. Gochugaru (Korean Red Pepper Flakes)
  • 2 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • Cold Water
  • Sesame Oil
  • Sherry
Instructions

  1. Mix together rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and chilli flakes.
  2. Optionally use this as marinade.
  3. Once meat and long cooking vegetables are cooked, add sauce to pan, add in corn starch, water, and Sherry, begin simmering to thicken.
  4. Add in short cooking vegetables, and cook until sauce is thickened.
