Ingredients
- ½ cup low-sodium Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Cornstarch
- 3 tbsp. Sherry
- 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp. minced Fresh Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- ½ cup Beef Broth
- 1 tbsp. Asian Fish Sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry, brown sugar, ginger and garlic.
- If marinade is needed, pour half of sauce over protein and set aside.
- Add remaining sauce to pan with beef broth and fish sauce, simmer until it begins to thicken before using.
