Ingredients

  • ½ cup low-sodium Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp. Sherry
  • 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. minced Fresh Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tbsp. Asian Fish Sauce
Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry, brown sugar, ginger and garlic.
  2. If marinade is needed, pour half of sauce over protein and set aside.
  3. Add remaining sauce to pan with beef broth and fish sauce, simmer until it begins to thicken before using.
