Ingredients

  • 2 6 oz. cans white meat Canned Tuna, packed in water, drained
  • 2 tbsp. . minced Celery
  • 2 tbsp. minced red Onion, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes and drained
  • 1 tsp. . minced flat-leaf Parsley
  • cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Lemon Juice, (optional)
Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl break up the tuna with a fork. Toss with the celery, onion and parsley.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, mustard and season with pepper, to taste. Stir to combine. 
  3. Add lemon juice, to taste, if using.
