Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb. Beef
  • 3-4 lb Chicken Thighs
  • cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. of Orange Juice
  • 2 tbsp. Pineapple Juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 in. piece Fresh Ginger, crushed
  • 3 stalks Green Onion, finely chopped
  • Chinese Parsley
  • Fresh Cilantro
Instructions

  1. Mix together soy sauce, sugar, orange juice, garlic, ginger.
  2. Soak beef or chicken for 4 hours or overnight in sauce.
  3. Bake meat in shallow pan at 325°F for one hour or less, turning pieces over and marinating with sauce. Turn pieces over and marinate with sauce.
  4. Ten minutes before turning heat off, pour rest of soy sauce mixture.
  5. Serve with chopped green onions and Chinese parsley.
Notes

Usually can just stir fry the meat on the stove. A lot more stirring, but cooks faster.
