Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 cups Elbow Noodles
  • tbsp. of Butter
  • cups Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1 red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • 2 cups Cabbage, chopped
  • 1 Carrot, chopped
  • Salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Boil water and cook macaroni until tender. Drain and add a pat of butter.
  3. In a bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, red onion, and scallions.
  4. In a pan, saute cabbages and carrot in a pat of butter.
  5. Combine everything and add salt and pepper.
  6. With remaining butter, grease up a casserole dish and spread the food. Bake covered for 40 minutes.
