Ingredients
- 4 cups Water
- 2 cups Elbow Noodles
- 1½ tbsp. of Butter
- 1½ cups Sour Cream
- 2 cups Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1 red Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 2 cups Cabbage, chopped
- 1 Carrot, chopped
- Salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Boil water and cook macaroni until tender. Drain and add a pat of butter.
- In a bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, red onion, and scallions.
- In a pan, saute cabbages and carrot in a pat of butter.
- Combine everything and add salt and pepper.
- With remaining butter, grease up a casserole dish and spread the food. Bake covered for 40 minutes.
