Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Ginger, grated
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Whole Cloves
- 4 tsp. Curry Powder
- 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp. Ground Coriander
- 1 tsp. Ground Turmeric
- 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 2 lb. Chicken Breast, cut into 1 ½” pieces
- 1 cup plain Yogurt
- Fresh Green Onion, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in skillet and cook onion until translucent.
- Add garlic, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, cayenne, and water. Simmer until the sauce reduces down a bit.
- Add chicken and simmer uncovered until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
- Stir in yogurt and remove from heat. Garnish with green onion and serve.
