Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Whole Cloves
  • 4 tsp. Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp. Ground Turmeric
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 lb. Chicken Breast, cut into 1 ½” pieces
  • 1 cup plain Yogurt
  • Fresh Green Onion, chopped
Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet and cook onion until translucent. 
  2. Add garlic, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, cayenne, and water. Simmer until the sauce reduces down a bit.
  3. Add chicken and simmer uncovered until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
  4. Stir in yogurt and remove from heat. Garnish with green onion and serve.
