Ingredients

  • 8 cups cooked White Rice
  • 2 7oz. cans Green Chilies, sliced
  • ½ cup Fresh Cilantro
  • ½ cup Parsley
  • ¾ cup Green Onion, chopped
  • cups Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Jack Cheese, shredded
Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine in large bowl rice, green chilies, cilantro, parsley, green onion.
  3. Mix in sour cream and season with salt and pepper
  4. Spread half of rice mixture in 9”x13” pan, and top with half of jack cheese.
  5. Repeat with second half of rice mixture and cheese
  6. Bake until bubbly, about 35 minutes.
