Ingredients
- 8 cups cooked White Rice
- 2 7oz. cans Green Chilies, sliced
- ½ cup Fresh Cilantro
- ½ cup Parsley
- ¾ cup Green Onion, chopped
- 1½ cups Black Pepper
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 2 cups Jack Cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine in large bowl rice, green chilies, cilantro, parsley, green onion.
- Mix in sour cream and season with salt and pepper
- Spread half of rice mixture in 9”x13” pan, and top with half of jack cheese.
- Repeat with second half of rice mixture and cheese
- Bake until bubbly, about 35 minutes.
