Ingredients

  • 1 cup Masa Harina
  • ½ tsp. Kosher Salt
  • ¾ cup hot Water, (about 130 F.)
Instructions

  1. Mix together masa harina, salt and hot water.
  2. Allow to sit for 20 minutes
  3. Form balls, flatten in tortilla press, and cook in hot dry cast iron pan
  4. Place cooked tortillas in bowl wrapped in towel to cool.
