Ingredients
- 1 cup Masa Harina
- ½ tsp. Kosher Salt
- ¾ cup hot Water, (about 130 F.)
Instructions
- Mix together masa harina, salt and hot water.
- Allow to sit for 20 minutes
- Form balls, flatten in tortilla press, and cook in hot dry cast iron pan
- Place cooked tortillas in bowl wrapped in towel to cool.
