Ingredients

  • 1 Korean Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 English Cucumber
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Gochugaru (Korean Red Pepper Flakes)
  • 1 tbsp. Green Onion, chopped
  • ½ tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Rice Vinegar
  • ½ tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
Instructions

  1. Toss thinly sliced cucumbers with salt and allow to sit for about 15 minutes
  2. Drain excess liquid from cucumbers, avoid squeezing them because they will bruise.
  3. Mix chili flakes, scallions, garlic, vinegar, sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil with cucumbers and allow to sit briefly before serving.
