Ingredients
- 1 Korean Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 English Cucumber
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tbsp. Gochugaru (Korean Red Pepper Flakes)
- 1 tbsp. Green Onion, chopped
- ½ tsp. Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Rice Vinegar
- ½ tsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Toss thinly sliced cucumbers with salt and allow to sit for about 15 minutes
- Drain excess liquid from cucumbers, avoid squeezing them because they will bruise.
- Mix chili flakes, scallions, garlic, vinegar, sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil with cucumbers and allow to sit briefly before serving.
