Ingredients

  • 3 fresh Peaches, skinned pitted and diced
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 12-14 minutes, being sure to stir occasionally.
  3. Sauce will gradually thicken and become syrup-like.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to briefly cool.
  5. Serve over fresh pancakes, muffins, slices of pound cake or shortbread, or however you'd like!
