Ingredients

  • 1 cup (230 g.) Sour Cream
  • 1 cup (240 g.) prepared Horseradish, drained
  • tsp. (9 g.) Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions

  1. Whisk sour cream, horseradish, salt, and pepper together in bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
