- 1 cup (230 g.) Sour Cream
- 1 cup (240 g.) prepared Horseradish, drained
- 1½ tsp. (9 g.) Salt
- ¼ tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions
- Whisk sour cream, horseradish, salt, and pepper together in bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
