Ingredients
- 2 lb. Oxtail
- 3 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Carrots
- 1 stalk Celery
- ¼ head Cabbage
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 tsp. Dried Thyme
- Parsley
- 4 cups Beef Broth
Instructions
- Chop onion, carrots, celery, and cabbage
- Brown oxtail in safflower oil
- Add in onion, carrots, celery and cabbage, bay leaf, thyme, and parsley. Cover with beef broth.
- Simmer on low heat for 4 hours until meat is tender.
- Remove bones before serving.
