Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Cranberries
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • orange/ Lemon, zest
  • 2 tbsp. Water
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions

  1. Empty cranberries into a saucepan and reserve ½ cup of cranberries to the side
  2. Add sugar, honey, zest, and water to pan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves and cranberries are soft, about 10 minutes.
  3. Increase heat to medium and cook until cranberries burst, about 12 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in reserve cranberries.
  5. Add salt, and pepper to taste and cool to room temperature
