Ingredients

  • Cubed Sweet potato
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup packed Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Dark Rum
  • 3 tbsp. Butter
Instructions

  1. Cut sweet potatoes into large cubes and steam until fork inserts easily.
  2. Combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and gently heat until butter and brown sugar are melted.
  3. Place yams into a casserole dish and cover with sauce.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
